Countertop Fabrication
The countertop fabrication process begins with a digital template. The next step would be taking the template and converting it to CAD drawings that can be used with our CNC’s to cut and shape and begin polishing the stone. Once the stone is cut and polishing has begun we finish polishing all exposed edges with a combination of edgers, CNC bits and hand polishers. Our fabricators are intimately involved in the final steps of finishing the tops by hand before they leave our facility. We fabricate and install all of our own products, and all of our quality assurance is handled in-house.
